Meet the team

Gary- Managing director

With over 30 years trade experience, Gary has amassed a wealth of knowledge and contacts that has enabled him to develop GM Property Services into the business they are today.

Gary will be your first contact with the company and runs the day to day operations of the business.

Paul- Site manager

Gary's eldest son Paul joined the business in 2019, and is responsible for the on-site operations of the business. An electrican by trade, Paul has vast experience working on new build sites working as a site foreman and also running his own electrical contracting business.

Paul will be your on site point of contact, and will guide the team from start to finish.

Dean- Office manager

Gary's youngest son, Dean, joined the business in 2020. Coming from a retail background, Dean has been learning about the business working on site for the past two years whilst taking on more office responsibilities.

You'll often see Dean on site keeping our work portfolio up-to-date

Tradesmen

Day to day you'll see our regular tradesmen on site they are;

Bob, Andy, Sam, Liam, Fred and Alex.
